why can I not post for sale ads?

hey guys I have a few things I want to sell.. and the site will not let me post anything for sale? do I have to post so much or does an admin have to unlock my account or something?

if your not a premier member it cost $5 to be able to post stuff on the marketplace. It last for 30 days and you can post as many items as you would like
