Opinion on wheels

Next summer I plan to get some 19s and move up from my 18s so I figure I'll try and hunt them down and get the right ones over the winter while the car hibernates.

I have 2 ides that I want your opinions on both kind of weird and neither have been seen on a green car.

1. Something dark gunmetal or black with a DARK green Time attack strip? Probably a split 5 or 7 spoke... maybe something mesh

2. Maybe a 6 spoke gold with chrome lip....

I know green goblin has a green TA strip on his but it's black and would be impossible to look bad. Do you think it would look terrible on my car?

Btw, I hope to go somewhat aggressive for this set up. I want them sitting flush so I'm going to get the perfect offset or I'm putting spacers on.

I am open to other opinions too, but I hate chrome so stay away.

First, let me say I frickin' love your car. That is the best color the G35 ever wore, and I don't know why they stopped offering it.

1. I'd go with the gunmetal over the black. I'm not a fan of black wheels since I think it kinda makes them disappear. I'm not a fan of the time attack style either, but if you go that route I'd be careful about the color of green you get. It has to go with the green of the car or it will look bad.

2. I wouldn't go gold, but a dark bronze would go very well with the green (see attachment).

As for aggressive/flush, that's a given.

Gunmetal over black, and Nismos would freakin' rock. So would some Axis Hiros. A split five would also look great, like an SSR GT3. I'm not a fan of gold with the green at all, but that's just me.

I agree with post 2. I didn't even know that was a stock color.

I'd get work vs-xx's.. but that's just me.

Beautiful sedan, I've never seen gold wheels on green before....mostly OB, TB or IP. Any wheel that's dark won't do justice for your G, you need some bling. Consider any multi-spoke wheel or even Volks SF Winnings with a polished lip and the centers powder coated/painted your body color....that would be one classic look and get major attention....

I would say a say of VSXX black with green strip would look good.

Get these
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Vinyl...Q5fAccessories

You can get them in any size rim, thickness, and color. I have the red 10mm strips on my rims and look great. Have been on there for 4 months and perfect.
Plus they are really cheap, if you want to try another color later.

I think I am going to do a bunch of photoshops today and post them up, if anyone else wants to post up some side shots of wheels feel free!

Whosurbuddie, yea man that looks perfect. But I would have to almost color match the strip to my paint too light and it would look weird.

Anyone know where to get green lugs?
