Do'em both then, lol. Younger Brother should have made it paramount to make aware that his friend needed to avoid contact with the G, hence it would be retribution for his negligence, lol. Since the situation was handled thru monetary restitution, then no one has to worry about having the life choked outta of them, lol.

Well that does suck and at least the guy was very straight forward and he seems responsible. I had one friend that broke his neighbors mirror on his truck and didn't say anything to the guy. The guy then came to his house like two weeks later asking him if he broke it and that's when my friend told him he broke it.
