Question BlueBatMobile Overlay INSTALLATION

I just ordered a set of overlays for my tail lights. I heard these things can be pretty hard to install and I'm not exactly that skillful when it comes to installing stuff (very little patience). Anyone got any tips? Anyone have theirs professionally installed? I called my local tint shop and they estimated a $75 installation fee which is more than the cost of the overlays!

Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

NOTE: If anyone in NJ has experience at installing these and wants to make some extra cash, feel free to PM me I travel back and forth between North and South Jersey on the weekends, so I can even come to your house so you don't have to go anywhere

Thanks!

I just had mine put on friday.I would take it to a tinter if you dont have experience with tint.It cost me 45 but I would have paid 75.So call around but take it to a good installer if they mess up your replacing your overlays again.

Thanks! I'll probably just get it done at the tint shop then and save myself the hassle Did the tint shop do a good job?

I paid about $40 anything over $50 is a rip-off though IMO

Thanks, I just PMed him. If I don't hear back from him, I guess I'll go with the tint shop.

Any other NJ installers people know of?

You can try the tint place i go to. I dont know the exact street its on but when im going there through the goethals bridge, i stay all the way to the right then go straight to the traffic light, then i make left, then you get to a bp gas station, from there you make right, keep going till you see the light with the dunking donuts, and that tint place is right there.

lol.. i kno sounds confusing and stupid, but give it a try, there prices are very reasonable.

im bats so cal installer, i would never charge 75 for a tail light... the most ive charged is 60 for the harder tail lights such as an altima coupe or sedan 08+, but a g35 should only cost maybe 40 bucks at most, not to hard to install, just some minor edges you have to worry about
