Are we talking about the propeller shaft that runs between the transfer case and the front final drive?

I too had the famous front drive shaft problem. Very common on these cars from all the information I have found. Picked up a brand new very solid after market shaft for only $359.00. The service manager at the dealer that installed it was beside himself with how much better the quality is than the original. Not to mention it is serviceable!!! due to being built with replaceable u joints. Something the original did not have and I felt it was dumb to install another drive shaft that I could not service.

Drive shaft is built in the US to be a heavy duty OEM direct fit replacement. The drive shaft is built to manufacturer specs and superior quality than the original. And at less than half the price, its a no brainer!. Even the service manager was very pleased we came across this product and now offers it to his customer as an alternative to the original. Needless to say that at that price, and being that its serviceable, he sells a lot of them. Highly recommend this product and the company I bought it from was a pleasure to deal with. Company name below:

What info have you found that concludes that AWD G35's commonly suffer from failing front driveshafts? Just doing some forum and google searching and not seeing too many people really having issues with theirs.

Not saying you are wrong, just not seeing a whole lot of info on what the failure and symptoms are
