Thats awesome, my Dad has always been into my car mods, my Mom thinks its a waist of money lol. My wife likes most the things I do, until she finds out how much they cost

Oh and Happy late birthday

happy birthday! It feels great to not have a monthly car payment. Now the car is all yours!

Damn happy birthday... My parents only support to a point... Wheels intake exhaust and springs... Anything else is a waste of money.. Even if I change my oil out every 4K miles.. Lol

Glad your parents are supportive and make sure you let them know how much they mean to you man

^^ Money orders are your friends. haha Thanks again everyone, yeah im def close with my parents, my mom doesn't say much about the mods since she's not into it, and probably doesn't understand half of what i do. But after sitting down with my pops and telling him the benefits he usually approves. But what really seals the deal is when i give him the G for the day... He always comes back happy.. (he drives a 2008 Avalanche) you can imagine the difference..

MY parents will NEVER understand modding.. Old man thinks that nothing can be better than factory for a long time... I've finally turned him on to aftermarket upgrades! That's like 40+ years of thinking i had to overcome. I won't even start with performance and supsenion mods... dad thinks the G is too "rough" now LOL

It shouldn't matter as long as you spend your own money on your own mods...

Lol c'mon man. Think long and hard about that. What could possibly someone 10 years older than you have to be worried about? My house doesn't pay itself. The electricity bill doesn't pay itself. My kids won't raise themselves.

My cars are very low on the totem pole off life....I'm telling ya man, enjoy this now while you can.

yeah but not if they co-signed your payments, or if they loaned you some money to start it off.. some parents are just more involved than others.. i tried to get my dad in it, and he seems to be loosening up... or probably giving up would be a better word.. anyways thanks everyone.. birthday was great and now i gotta recover from it..
