If you want to go fast, buy the EVO.

If you want a quick, fun, but still "everyday" car, buy the G35. I own a Galant VR4, and the whole reason I'm looking at G35's is that I want a daily driver that won't be boring, but won't tempt me to mod it. That way my "play money" will go to the GVR4.

If I could only own one of the two, I'd pick the EVO. Better handling, faster, infinitely more moddable, etc. But if you're going to have another car that's for modding and hard driving, I'd pick the G35.

I honestly think you should get the 'G'. I was looking for the EXACT same things you were when I purchased my 6mt late last month. I don't care what anyone says, the G35 satisfies more of your wants than 90% of the other cars in its class. The ONLY other car that I would've got over the 'G' is the almighty Supra, which I couldn't find at a reasonable price at the time lol. The g35 has the luxury feel and gets just as many blank stares from "well off" adults as it does from the ladies, has great power, and is fun to drive. In the end its your decision but I just wanted to reach out to you because I was in the same scenario you were last month and I can honestly say I have no regrets in my mind. I still can't believe the car is mine haha.
