Perception of Infiniti as a Brand
#31
The survey makes sense. The key word here is "perception", which means that these people are not speaking from experience or knowledge but from what was marketed to them.
First off, most of the population owns cheap cars such as Toyota, Honda, etc. Those are the same people who ranked these cars high validating the reasons they bought them.
The second factor is marketing. We see several Honda/Toyota commercials for every Infiniti commercial, so even if you dont own these vehicles you know that they are reliable etc. because you have been beaten over the head with those slogans over and over again.
It all comes down to effective marketing.
