Thumbs up Thank yOu riverside infiniti

Just came in for my 1000 mile oil consumption test and it was 27mm low. The service guy mike said that he would call and get an engine replacement authorization. It has been such a good experience here at riverside Infiniti that I plan to make this my preferred dealership. It an hour drive away but definately worth the drive. I have 2 I Infiniti dealerships within 10 miles of my house and I've had bad experiences at both. NEVER go to infinti of monteclair they will give you the run around and try and bs they're way out of warranty work, screw them. Anyways sorry for the horrible paragraph I'm typing on my iPhone

Thanks Riverside Infiniti
you now have another happy customer

******* UPDATE 1/29/2010********

My baby is done, got a call from Mike over at Riverside Infiniti and he let me know the car was done. So I'm going tomorrow to pick it up with a mint new motor.

I can't understand why dealers don't want to do warranty work, they get reimbursed for it so why the hell do they always hassle people.

they get like that bc Infiniti has a set number of hours they will pay and the techs dont get paid for the full amount of hours it takes 90% of the time. a good friend is a lexus tech.

They're techs, they should be quick and precise. Whiners.

Ur car is burning oil and ur happy about it? LOL

I would be pissed. Time wasted on stupid tests, going back and forth, then waiting for a new engine. Plus there isn't an Infiniti near by. F that.

I'm not happy about my car burning oil. I'm happy that the situation is being taken care of so easily by Riverside Infiniti. Hence the topic Thank you Riverside Infiniti. When did I ever say I was happy about my motor burning oil

It's an hour and a half drive for me. But the fact that I am modified might make it worth the drive. I have a few things I need to have taken care of, and don't want to deal with any BS.

I've dealt with the guys down there one time and it was for ordering a Momo shift ****. The service rep I spoke with over the phone was very cool and the **** was delivered the next day. These guys get a high five from me. If I didn't live up in Ventura, I would go to them, but Team Infiniti of Oxnard has some great service reps and the service manager is cool as **** too.
