body shops aren't going to know how to get the BCM to work

If stuff like this was as easy as body work - everyone would be doing it.

 

Iam a firecontrolman in the military that does 2m all day. Basically i do circuit board repairs. i could make an entire wiring harness from scratch if i wanted....(shudders at the aggony of it) I just cant program for $&(*

I thought the taillight mod I did would be that simple... I'm here to tell you its not.

Its real easy to say things can be done (people do it all the time on this forum)... but its very rare to actually see it done.

To each is own and you do what you like. I presonally would like to get the new g headlghts on my 04 G. Think much work would be needed for something like that?
