Yeah, but if I sent a PM I would have had to describe the problem and possibly upload pictures. I was hoping itsgroll would do all the work.

Just get the link to itsgroll's post and send it in the PM. Click on the post # in the upper right of his post. This will open it up in a new window. Cut/Paste/Hit Send.
