Hey I wanted to know if a Cobb Accessport for a G35 04 6 Speed would be beneficial for 450.00. i am looking improvement with around that price range. I have a Plenum Spacer, Intake, JIC midpipe, stock cat/ypipe the car has a check engine light on from something air related possible faulty maf.. car i feel needs a basic tune and thinking this would be a solution. any word?

 

Cobb is a great tuning device but I wouldn't spend the $ for a tune unless you're sure that you are through with the mods like HFC's or a complete cat-back exhaust....if you're finished with mods "Go for a Tune!" I've reached that point myself, there's nothing else I can do except get 'er tuned....

I had a Cobb AP on my 06 STi and loved it. It was very nice having access to all of the data available through the unit. It gives you access to a lot of information about how your car is running.

 

even if ur not done with adding mods i think you can just download new flash for free and add whatever ur mod is right? i am thinking about goin with cobb myself.

 

It can only do so much before you need an EMS for fine tuning.
