Quote: I wonder what the guys with turbos and supercharged G's have to say about this comment. LOL
hehe, maybe my words are harsh, but its the truth. Unless your a die-hard nissan fan or something I just dont see the logic behind it.

You want a fast *** luxury car (I think the G is plenty fast for getting around town btw), but your too broke to afford an AMG or M???

Why not just tune a 335i? Much cheaper and more reliable.

Newbie to the site but heck, had beamers before and they suck in terms of quality. I had two and they both were bad. Better off with the G.

BTW, brother in law has an M and he has spent a lot more in repairs than what he paid for the car in the first place. Newbie to the site but not to cars, German cars are just no built to last (except Porsche). My brother has a Jetta and boy that car sucks in quality too.

Sorry, don't hate BMWs but they really just don't compare in terms of quality. My whole in-law family are really into them and literally all of them have had quality problems, but they still like them though. To each his own.

^ I suppose it just kinda depends but my father-in-law is half German and he really got into BMWs. He has some money so he has bought many BMWs since the e30s and all of them have had problems. I'm sure some other people have not but doesn't seem like has just been unlucky. But like I said, he still loves BMWs and keeps on buying them along with the rest of his family.

I like them too, that's why I bought 2 of them but I have had Fords and Japanese cars that have been way more reliable. Anyway, didn't mean to offend anybody, just sharing my experiences.
