Whose Tuned and still under warranty?
Whose Tuned and still under warranty?
Iv been looking into getting the Osiris tune before the summer time but am a little worried about my warranty being voided. If i get the Osiris tune does it come with a way to set it back to stock so you can take it to the dealership without them knowing?... Also how much power gains will i be getting from the tune. All i have is a JWT Popcharger, BERK HFC, Magnaflow exhaust system and a Meagan Y-pipe. Im not looking to do any more mods since im pretty satisfied with what i have now but thought maybe a tune would give me a better power advantage then i would be done. So would it be worth it? All comments are welcomed.
Yes, Osiris comes with a "stock" map. So if you ever need to go to the dealership, just set it on that map.
I can't say how much power you will gain because there's too many variables (condition of the car, type of dyno, how experienced the tuner is, etc.). With your current mods, Osiris is a very good choice and you will feel the gains. Though I strongly suggest a motordyne 5/16th plenum spacer, and if you have a 6mt, the mrev2 before getting the tune. I'm actually surprised you don't have those mods already lol, unless you forgot to list them.....
Good luck!
