Bad news day. Please help

So I just found out today that my ballast for my headlights is going out and have to be replaced the price is $1400. Lucky for me it is covered under warranty. The question is, I installed aftermarket bulbs. They are 35w, which is the factory watts for the bulbs, but I replaced the factory 3500k with a 10000k, WILL THIS VOID MY WARRENTY.

It's speculative based on dealer, but just do the switch and leave the 10k bulbs out for good lol

factory bulbs are 4300k fyi, not 3500k. but to answer your question, the bulbs should not void the warranty

lol I do HID swaps daily and our MOST expensive ballast/harness/bulb combo is only $350

This dealer thinks you're a severe idiot. BTW, when you remove the 10k bulbs, touch the glass on them a lot and rub it on asphalt.

You really need to go back to the STEALERSHIP and ask them if you have STUPID written on your forehead. You could buy 3 sets of projector headlights for that kinda $ which include bulbs....$1400 is just nuckingfuts!
