buying from states living in canada

ive been viewing the FS and there are some cars i would be interested in but they are in the states, what restrictions does this bring to me i.e do i have to pay double taxs etc...?

iam buying my first car so iam an amateur, thanks

There's an import tax and PST tax. You would also have certain amount of days to perform an inspection before registering it. Don't forget about installing DRL's.

From what I heard, the process can be long but is worth it. There's a bunch a details I left out, google around and read up on it.
