Don't mean to beat you up more but wouldn't it have been simpler for someone to bring you a spare? Or was there something else wrong with the car?

Glad you're OK, blowouts can be scary.

Wow that's definitely a blow out... it looks like the PIAA's held up well though. Sorry to hear about this man, hopefully you get it all worked out.

On another note... I had Nissan do some suspension work for me a long time ago before I had the b@lls to take on DIY work and one of their stupid techs tightened one of my strut mount nuts on too tight and after a day of driving around it snapped and then broke another one off. I called them bitching, they send a roll back like that, tow guy is pulling my car up on the truck and cracks the bottom of my front bumper with one of the chains while pulling it up. Nissan had the tow truck company insurance front the bill and replaced the bumper... Could work for you too!

WHy didn't you slap a spare on there and limp home rather than getting on a flatbed?

I hate trailers.

Sorry to hear man

^You can't fit a spare over a BBK. He would have had to have a Coupe 18 or 19 in the trunk.

Very sorry to hear about this Sean, glad you are ok man.

Any idea why it happened?
I think this is at least the 2nd time a Falken 452 blew like this on this forum. The first time it happened to Lawrence.

Sorry about your car. Now's a good time to upgrade to Arch's poly CS rear bumper. You said yours cracked, so I assume it's f/g.
