lastest recall

I just recently bought a 07 auto g35 coupe. After searching around i found out there is a recall for the airbag. Does this recall affect me? if so how do i get it fixed.

Yes your car is part of the recall. Recalls have to be fixed for free, and especially when they are safety equipment related. Take it to the dealer and it will be fixed. More of a precaution than any real danger though.

I was at the dealer yesterday getting some stuff fixed under extended warranty and they did the recall for me. I didn't even know there was one that needed to be done.

^ this + 1000

I actually get my cars dirty before I go to the dealer, so if there is a dirt spot missing I can tell if they did some damage to my car.

Maybe you need to have a word with your dealer. Mine gets washed by Infiniti all the time and I've never had swirls from them

That would be a first... Look closely, I'm willing to bet you have swirls all over. My car does. The first owner didn't take very good care of the paint and always had it washed at the dealer.

I do look closely at my car. The dealer has never left swirl marks. Maybe they wash the car differently?

Dealer left HORRIBLE swirls on my car. It's like they washed it with sand paper. Seriously, the passenger side door has long diagonal swirls going across it. One spot on the hood, looked like someone found a brick, placed it on my hood and twirls it around just for fun.

I mean, these are some deep azz swirls. More like scratches.

yeah same here, dealer does a awesome job of cleaning whenever i collect my car after work i check under the hood etc, basically look over everything they have done before taking the car and never ever had even 1 swirl, the body looks perfect and the wheels shine with the chrome shine (cant wait to get new wheels, hate chrome lol)

sorry you guys have a sucky dealer but the 2 up here in WA are awesome and do awesome work
