looking to get a new grill
What color is your car. I want to paint my grill black too but dont know if it would look better in ultra gloss black or matte black. I have a black OB coupe.
I actually kind of prefer satin black, which I believe is a combination of matte and gloss, somebody correct me if I'm wrong. I think a gloss black grill has the potential to look a little bit tacky (same as gloss black wheels IMO) and the matte can look unfinished in certain lighting conditions. The satin would be ideal.
I went matte because Plastidip is not permanent and is very easy to redo if I ever got any rock chips. Paint would've been a huge hassle to touch it up every couple months.

^^ I disagree with you. My grill is a gloss black. I had my buddy paint it at his shop when they were painting my Kuruma.
But even if I do disagree, I still think a black grill on DG looks really good.

That's fine. I'll fight you in Moscow. Go ahead and just head over there, I'll meet you there later.

looks goodx2
Its not painted its just some inserts.

I kinda agree but the mesh grew on me(kinda like your amber sides), and I have yet to see anyone else with these inserts...
P.S. Calvin it was your photos of Jose's grill that sold me =)
Have you seen his CF version of his diffuser yet? I got some photos of it
