would you trade your coupe (not talking about sedans) for a tsx?
I test drove some early TSX's and 04 and 05 TLs before ending up buying my G35.
The main factor was price for me because I ended up snagging the G for a good deal.
The TSX is a GREAT car, but its entry level luxury status below the TL means its interior materials feel a little cheap. I drove an auto car, but I imagine the K engine with the manual tranny would feel more peppy.
I liked it more than the TL however. TL felt a little cumbersome. I also wouldn't get an auto TL either because of the issues with the transmission that affected the generation before and the 04+.
I liked the exterior styling and colors of the TSX. Had that Accord shape. The early cars would be great now or a year from now when the prices really drop. Little bit more comfort in a peppy, comfortable, and now affordable Honda.
I like the G, but if I could get into a TSX for less with cash on top, I'd probably do it. But that's just my opinion.

I don't like the styling of the current Acura gen - period. Could never get past that bird's beak look, it is just too coarse compared to the G. TSX looks the better of the two, as TL is just hideous - both front and rear. I imagine this is the primary reason that Gs outsell the current gen TLs... see a lot less of the latter on the road, many more previous generation TLs though.
It seems like you want the G. Or else why would you ask that on a G forum? Lol
Whatever car you want is up to you. Depends whether you want luxury sport or luxury passenger. It's all preference
IMO, I'll choose a G over a tsx any day

You mean, would you trade your TSX for a G coupe?
Personally the only TSX model that can compare with the G is the TSX V6 model, and those didn't hit the market until 2008. So get back in the G, ftw.

I concur.
The driving experience probably isn't any better than a minivan so might as well make the change now. You get more secks out of it too.

Idk. I think the Acura interiors have been kicking the crap out of Infiniti until these newest G's came out. Maybe not the TSX's, but still.
agreed on that. TL interior ***** on the g35 interior
