as for dual vs single exhaust, honestly after a tune you'll have very similar numbers BUT you gotta remember a dual setup is gonna be a good amount heaver than a single. a dual setup will be a lot more livable day to day though.

I installed a 3" mid pipe with a aftermarket muffler 4"tips (same as stock) on mine and it felt a helluva lot free than before. I think the stock mid pipe is very constrictive and the stock muffler is heavy.

I was at the TRACK the other day and was on my friend's 650i rear bumper from a dead stop. I can't explain how much better the car feels and even shifting up and down is smoother because of less back pressure.

I also have the 5/16 Motordyne spacer.

i have no idea what tuning is availble for my nonrevup.
Incorrect, u can get a Osiris tune on nearly all G's and 350z's (Unless u have a unique ECU) as long as you have cruise control and the standard ECU, there are only a few restrictions and this is them from the FAQ on the site:

Can Cipher datalog AFR on my 2003-2004 350z or G35?
No. 2003 and early 2004 350Z/G35s do not come equipped w/ factory wide band sensors. To log AFR, you will need to install additional such as an Innovate LC-1+ with RPM pickup.

How many maps can my ECU hold?
There is space for 5 maps on all supported ECU’s except for the 2004 Titan. The 2004 Titan only allows for 3 maps.

i have an 06 5AT Sedan which is not Rev-up and i will be getting Osiris Tune in about a month when i get my spacer installed

If I'm not mistaken the 07 350z has a hr engine which could help explain why it's so much faster.

REVUPS only come in 05-07 6MT coupes and 05-06 6MT Sedans, 05 6MT Anniversary 350Z and 06 6MT 350Z. REVUPS were never offered with the automatic.
To be honest, the best performance modification you can feel is weight reduction. Better braking, cornering, acceleration. Although, not very practical as most of us like to keep the interior.

As for me, the mod I did that I "felt" the most gains were test pipes and Osiris.

If your looking for mods, research the forums for INDEPENDENT dyno's. Don't bother with dyno's from manufacturer's or magazines.

Ahhhh... that makes sense. I was wondering why the 6MT engines had the oil cons. problem and the 5AT's didn't.. I learned something today..
