Winter tire/rim set question!!!
So this is probably a dumb question but i'm going ask it anyway...i have a 2006 G35 coupe with the sport-tuned suspension 19" rays. I am looking at buying a winter set of rims and blizzaks. I found (4) 2006 Infiniti G35x sedan OEM 17" rims and was wondering if they'll fit my car? Just want to make sure that i'll have no clearance issues with these wheels for the winters. Thanks in advance guys!

You shouldn't have any issues. The brakes are the same on all models in 2006, so clearance won't be a problem.
Consider getting Nokian WR's instead of Blizzaks. They'll last longer and perform better all-around than a dedicated winter tire. Nokian WR's are the only all-season tire that qualifies for the severe use symbol (mountain and snowflake) that snow tires have. I've been using them in Michigan for years, and all 4 of my siblings have them as well (2 in MI, 2 in Chicago). Only winter tire I'll ever own (I have dedicated summers).
