Well it said that she got a ticket for improper use of lane turns but what?

So I want to know from OP herself if she was the one at fault or the Toyota Highlander was at fault.

damn dude, i know how it feels, just 2 weekends ago same thing happened to me, from the looks of it thats 12k in damages if not more. Your frame might be bent(almost positive).

Time to get a new G, and dont sleep on the personal injury, it might take a couple of days to show up, even up to a week.

yes, dont for get that, its a sepread claim all together. Alot of people never do and its easy money that is paid buy the insurance for pain and suffering. Just dont jump on the first offer.

The thing is that these types of injuries can cause complications down the road. In my crash we where ok the first 2 days then my mom started complaining about her left sholder. Right now she can bearly reach over her head. Its been 2 saturdays since the accident and shes gone 6 times to the chiro and its not going away. We lawyered up not to get more money out of it but to insure that she is taken care of if this doesnt go away.

Did you not read the part where they said the Highlander got the ticket?

That should clear things up..

good to hear that the car is going to be totaled. Brand from the airbag is pretty cool in a "cool but it sucks you're injured" kind of way.

When airbags go off, more times than not the car is claimed a total loss. Glad to hear you're okay, now go upgrade.

And as I have stated, I know that the Highlander got a ticket but what I wanted clarified was the meaning of improper lane change.

And OP, get a attorney and get one that doesn't require fees until you get your settlement money. I think you'll be able to grab a couple thousand dollars from this accident.

well insurance called today and.......im getting 17k for my car =)...i paid 15k and out 13000 miles on it so id say for once a car was a good investment. I'm buying a red 05 twin turboed one and using 3 grand of insurance money to forge internals and do a new clutch and flywheel....so finally I'll have the safe boosted G my 04 never was lol
