I got a hook on some 300zx front and rear brakes fully redone and powder coated.... almost free.... would that's be a upgrade for my non brembo brakes and would it even fit?

Def do not think it would be an upgrade and would def need a custom bracket to fit..

I disagree. I think it would definitely be an upgrade on a non-Brembo G35 - especially on a pre-2005 model. The Z32 brakes are very similar in spec to the Brembos - 4-piston fronts and 2-piston rears. The rears require an internal drum-type parking brake, just like the G35 Brembos.

I do agree, however, that fitment may require custom brackets, but as long as you're fabbing brackets, why not go ahead and fab them up to fit some 13" or 14" rotors? That, my friend, is an upgrade.
