I had an 70+ drive off after she backed into my pool truck, which totally caved in the drivers door. (I was outside my car yelling STOP STOP STOP and waving my hands, but she didn't hear me).

She said I shouldn't have been parked there (it was completely legal and was actually the side of the street i was SUPPOSED to park on). I told her I needed all her information, and I could tell she just wanted to leave. So I say "if you leave I'm calling the cops."

As soon as those words leave my mouth she stomps on the gas and hauls *** outta there. I jumped in my truck and tried to chase her down but I lost her. Lucky for me she was pulling out of her house when she hit me (neighbors testified for me to the cop) and it wasn't very hard to find out who it was.

I'm surprised you didn't follow the car and call the police.

DAMMNNNN @ that article. Vouch.. Well regardless of the damage, I can still press charges against him for hit & run can't I since he obviously hit my rear bumper, leaving some minor scratches.
