G for sure. The warranty is the ONLY positive and the Gs are more reliable.

If I hadn't purchased extended warranty, my G35 would have left my wallet empty with all of the problems it had...

why is everyone hating on bmw maintenance costs?

i have owned my 2006 330i for 2 years now, and i have only had ONE problem that costs me 50 to fix, out of warranty.

needless to say, my 330i SEDAN handles better than my supercharged/heavily modified g35 coupe.

i know i know, haters gonna hate.... but if i were you, check out both cars, and see which one you really like more. the g and 328 are both very reliable cars- much more reliable than a 335.

ill tell you this- getting a new battery is the most expensive repair youll ever encounter with bmw. it costs around 300 for the battery and registration of the battery through bmw.

good luck with your search

yea the bmw 32late is pretty slow. for alittle more like $27k u can should be able to get an 07 335. id shell out for the 335 or else ur gonna regret it imo. esp if ur a performance person. my bro got his 07 335 for $26.5 still has some warranty left and 40k miles on it. fkn sick those new 3 series

You make decisions on what you know. I have two close friends who have had multiple BMWs. Repair costs over time have been staggering. Reliability has been fair.

I got my 07 G35X, loaded, about a year ago for $24,000. It was like new condition. You can't touch a comparable BMW for that price.

In the case of the OP, I wouldn't even think of buying a lower performance car for more money. It makes no sense regardless of what the warranty is.

Finally, BMW's are ugly. Period. Its not even a matter of opinion. Its a fact. Like gravity, death and taxes. Look it up.

I guess it also depends on whether you want something different. It is possible my next car will be something else just because after 7 1/2 years, something a little different may be nice.
