My opinion, this sounds like your first mod. Not a good one, research the car more and pick headers when you decide the car will never be fast.
If you have to ask if they are a good deal at $250 then you probably won't be tackling the install yourself. Add $400 to the price since it is a shitty install. For the 10hp that you probably won't see unless you have every good bolt on and a minty tune, $650 could be spent in vinyl racing stripes or something worth while.
