The plate aside, why does that owner put the plate on one side ?

 

With a mount sitting in clear view.... looks like it *might* be broken though

 

$20 says it's a fake plate. Not mounted, for easy removal. Probably stuck magnetics. Did you look at his rear plate to verify? No month stickers, not sure if Nebrasks needs them?

As I am from Nebraska... I tried G spot... Come to find out ONE lady does the approval in lincoln, for all of Nebraska ... How do I know.. I submitted it about 8 times than i got a reply saying " Please stop sending the same plate request, because its only me (lady) who approve these" the questionable ones go through about 3-4 different people. ( i called one last time to find out)
