1 week review

After a week with my sedan I can't put into words how satisfied I am with my purchase.

intro thread here: https://g35driver.com/forums/new-mem...g35-owner.html

The stearing is direct and fairly heavy +1

Interior is well thought out/intuitive +1

I've driven 400 hp cars (cross shopped the pontiac G8) this seams as powerful. The engine makes up for cubic inches by reving freely. The pushrod v8 in the g8 was lazy. Even when achieving fast speed in the g8 there was no drama. G35 wins IMO.

The car is a great all rounder. I wouldn't change a thing. I'm replacing my wife's Murano in a few years with an FX or EX.

I'm trying to convince my wife it needs to be driven like an SMG in automode so she will not want to borrow it.

Good Luck with this one......in order to convince your wife you'll need to find a way to remove the grin from your face...Gary

Gary - nicely modded coupe. tastefully done.

I'm ordering a rear diffuser and then I'm done...probably.

lol, famous last words we have all said. If you hang around here for a while you will probably never "be done".

True.

Especially considering I alsmost chose Automotive/Industrial Design as my major. "I could have made this look better"

My theory on modding is to make it look like the manufacturer should have in the first place.

I feel the same way as you! I have owned my car for just over a week now and I am 100% satisfied and happy with my purchase.

I'm just waiting for exhaust, can't wait for this thing to make the famous VQ roar!

Congrats on your purchase and joining the G family! LOL @ you being done. Once you start modding, it never ends.

The only cure for the mod bug is bankruptcy!
