This isn't even having to do with replicas. ARC was ridiculously over-priced from the start, when there were no replica options, and it's likely the small market they had still exists as long as those people didn't go bankrupt with the economy drop as well due to their spending habits..

There's a big difference between buying replica parts and getting solely superficial show car type things.

Like many guys here, I will never buy a knock off, short of a bumper or something that impossible to find. You don't have to spend $750 on a polished catch can so everyone can have a circle jerk when you open your hood at the meet.

I prefer to keep my hood closed, so I can drive. No need for showy ****.

Don't mean to drag politics into this, all you Obama fans and Occupy Wall Street Protestors ignore. The free capital system will determine ARC's fate like it did the first time.

As for showy stuff I'm into it. If your going to mod an engine no need for it to look like sh*t.

I love my arc stuff.. And I didn't buy cheap wheels to get it ..

In every market there is baller products. Car stereo, house furniture, shoes, watches..etc...

It's like buying Nikes or Payless shoes..

Its all preference and personal taste.

Gary just announced that they are back in business.

For MOST of us it doesn't matter either way, but for some it does.

I don't see why people talk **** about how expensive it is. Like anything in life, if it's not for you, then move on..

If you've ever looked really close at their products it's all about quality and how well they look and work. There's other options but none quite as nice as ARC!
