How "Bulletproof" are these cars?

How "Bulletproof" are these cars?

How good are the transmission and engine when it comes to longevity and durability? Someone said they had 200k miles and they drive their G "very hard."

i have seen and driven 2 2003 g35 coupes around here, one with 185k and one with 253k miles, both drive just like mine with only 33k on odo, strong cars indeed

I've seen a G with 225K miles. Still driving like normal. Doesn't pull as hard over 90 but still very reliable. It is his daily driver.

If you take good care of your car, use quality oil and filters along with following the maintenance schedule Nissan suggests 200K miles could easily be reached. Beyond that who knows?

I take it the engine and trans are pretty good if you take care of them. How far do you guys go before flushing out the trans fluid?

just bought mine with 80k and transmission is being replaced monday... engine and clutch still feel very strong tho... dont know what the hell the last owner did to the tranny to **** up 6th gear only
