man there's so much riced out cars here in orlando/tampa area. i saw this one guy with a 2012 mustang front end on a 1990 mustang convertible, i wish i had pics!

 

Oh my god, that is horrible. I hope that's some kid who was going to body shop school and he just used his first car as like a school project or something because if someone seriously paid to have that done, they either have way too much money and/or are morons.

 

I don't think it's the fact that he did the mods, but more of a question of "$15K... are you serious?"
