Do 20inch rims sit good ona g35

Three things wrong with your question.
1) 20" diameter wheels will fit fine, in general, but that's only 1 of 3 important specs on a wheel. The other two are wheel width (how wide they are) and offset (how far from center the wheel face, what you bolt to the car, is). 20x9 +40 will fit and look like garbage, 20x15 -20 won't fit without a lot more work than you'll want to do.
2) Going with bigger wheels ... hell going with any upgraded wheels, and not altering the suspension is going to look wrong. Instead of people looking at your wheels, the eye naturally travels to the gap between the tire and fender. If you don't address that first you'll only end up trying to unfuk it later. If you address the suspension first, and get your ride height dialed in then you can go ahead and find the wheels that will suit how the car sits to make it flow nicely.
3) GTR Kit is an auto-no, but any "body kit" mods look completely off without addressing points 1 and 2 above, at a very bare minimum.
This isn't a post full of hate, and it's your ride so you'll do whatever you'll do and that's cool. But on behalf of the forum, if I may speak so freely, we've seen it - it sucked. If you post up a car with no mods other than a body kit and phat rimz you're going to get laughed at, here and in real life.
