G35 for G37??

I have only had my G35 since November, but have wanted one for a year. I absolutely love my car but recently a private dealer has just gotten a 2008 G37 6MT fully loaded in stock and it's black on black just like it took me forever to find with my G35.
I'm really thinking about making the swap but honestly I think I'd be crazy to do it considering the situation...so here it is:

My G35
2005 G35 Black/Black 6MT Coupe
19" Rays with "sport tranny and susp"
58000 miles (bought with 51000)
Has everything except Nav.
One owner only serviced at Infiniti dealership and this guy was **** about everything. I have all the service records since day 1 and he took this in for every little noise it got taken. Also have new motor with only 11000 miles due to oil consumption issue.
I've updated all maintenance myself including changing all fluids, spark plugs, tires, brakes, along with MREV and Pop Charger.
I have zero problems with this car.

The G37
2008 G37S Black/Black 6MT Coupe
83000 miles, this bugs me. This bad boy got driven in 3 years.
Fully loaded, has it all.
Not sure as to the number of owners or maintenance habits but the dealer told me its a clean carfax, but who knows what could of been done under the table.
I have not seen it in person yet but I am going tomorrow to check it out as well as test drive it.

The main thing that entices me is just the fact it's a G37, it's an upgrade. Personally I like the 35 body vs the 37 but the HR motor plus a little extra HP from the get go is always nice I really could care less about the Nav and
I've got everything the 37 has as far as features except for cooled seats and maybe some little pointless features here and there.

So to all you guys out there who may or may not have been in the same situation what are your thoughts/suggestions??
Personally right now I'm 80/20 on keeping my G35 but going to go take it for a drive for sure tomorrow.

2008 was the first year of the g37. From reading the other site (myg37), there's some known bugs to it. Read up on it. 2008 is actually 5 model years old now, not 3.

Clear carfax means nothing. Use it as a guide for change of ownership only (if even that).

If you have no problems with your current car, keep it.

I made the change a couple months ago. G37 is a much better car, especially if you add the aero/ipl kit. Front bumper only cost $300 direct from Infiniti, painted! Side skirts $500.

After

I would stick with the 35 unless you found one with lesser miles

The 35 is a lot sexier IMO, although the 37 interior is pretty bomb.

Since you already got the g37 i think the first thing you do is buy very good grounding kit for that g. They have a bigger delay then the g35. Get the one for the engine and the trans.

Only appealing thing about the G37 is its interior. All these years and I still can't get over the exterior. The G35 can be made to be just as fast than the G37.

Pretty much my thoughts exactly with all your posts, went today definitely a no go from the first time I saw it in person. First of all the paint was in horrible condition, wheels had terrible curb rash, and it smelled funny inside and I had my G35 parked next to it and the 35 is so much sexier looking. I'm not a fan of the 37 body at all. Never got to drive it though because I talked so much trash about how bad shape the car was in, the guy just quit answering my questions haha. Oh well still got my G35 to get back into
