has any1 put sti bbs on a g35 ?? i was thinking about trading my rays for them straight i know the bbs weigh around 16lbs . but dont if itll be a good idea

 

Unless they have changed it, the bolt pattern is still 5x100 so they wouldn't fit anyway.

 

why the F would u do that??? i know they're bbs and all..but the Rays oem are forged too..so its not like u're getting an upgrade...if u really care about weight reduction, then why not invest in sum fully forged wheels that don't weigh much...and yes, the bolt pattern is different too like pulsar stated..

 

too much work for those wheels but if you really want then get a wheel adapter/spacer to push the wheels out and also have the correct bolt pattern for those wheels

 

05+ up they changed to 5x114.3 so it will fit. Don't know about the hub bore.

 

Impreza WRX is 5-100
WRX STI is 5-114.3

 

Btw that would be a dumb idea.

hub bore is something large...maybe 70 or 73 so a hub ring would be necessary. In addition the offset is probably nasty, like 50ish or higher. SO in summary you can make it work with spacers and hub rings. Hope you are really feeling the look of those if you are going to need to go thru all that trouble to make it work

the main reason was considering this was the weight and the tire prices lol ive seen a couple g's around town with them it looks alright but the rays do look better i think ill just go with some rpf1's

 

looking for weight loss ????Oem 350z Ver. 1 track wheel 18lbs per wheel . Done! besides STI wheels are like +1000 so they will look like sunken battleship

 

if you would've clicked the link i posted you see that no STI BBS's are 16lbs and they all too thin in width and have obscenely high offsets. additionally the only BBS STI wheels that are 18" weigh 20lbs

Most likely g35's w/ aftermarket Bbs wheels.
