Not sure how many of you have created an account on Infiniti's Owner Portal site, but I had one and it appears that it's been deleted. I called in to ask about it, and they can't find any record of an account having been created and linked to my car's VIN. Have any of you experienced this?

 

I couldn't even sign up for the portal because it doesn't recognize my VIN or something like that. I decided it really wasn't worth my time.

 

It's pretty much pointless signing up there. They don't even have owners manuals for cars before 2008 or something.
