You have to put it in manual mode first.

 

Check your blinker fluid.

Why aren't you trying to help this NEW member, he obviously has a problem?
You can't downshift in auto mode, gotta switch to manual mode. Push the shifter forward for higher gear and pull back for lower gears aka downshifting. If this doesn't work get your trans fluid level checked or tranny serviced....Gary
