I have the same problem. Passenger seat and rear seat have small tears like this. Back of driver's seat has a worse hole. I haven't found a source for matching leather yet that I can have installed. $1200 from Infiniti, per seat, is more than I want to spend.

I have some worn spots on my interior also A good repair would B almost as much as a good used replacement, and the repaired spot may stand out. unless it's black
Look for some salvage cars
