What do you guys think about the daytime light? Let me know!

 

I don't like it. Unoriginal and wanna-be. Of course, the same can be said of Chrysler, Ford, Lexus, Mercedes, Hyuindai, Kia, Nissan, and now even Honda for copying Audi's LED strip style. (did I miss anyone?)

I will say the execution is very nice though.

 

It's very hard to do anything with LEDs that are going to look good and not look you wish you had bought an Audi.

Execution isn't bad, but this is a mod that's close to impossible to pull off and not look like you wanted an Audi.

But if you dig it, that's all that matters.

Thanks guys ! Dont get me wrong i love the audi lights and look, but hate their performance thats why i went with an infiniti, and i havent seen these lights on much infinitis around, i saw it on a ipl coupe the other day and thats what inspired me, plus i love the mercedes e350 lights

 

Hate audi performance? Ever driven or hear a old Audi 200 with the 5cyl turbo that isnt stock. Couple friends have them and its like sex. Dont get me wrong im a nissan freak but sometimes its alright to like something else lol. Btw look up Audi Group B and tell me you hate audi performance lmao.

 

I don't know what's not to like about Audi- a good friend of mine has an 2010 A5 2.0t 6MT, and that thing is fantastic. Gobs of torque, impossibly better transmission, better interior, phenomenal grip at high speeds, and AWD for any climate. The reliability may not have been stellar with some of their models, but this newer 2.0T they drop in is nice.

 

I like the LED strips on other cars, not ours! I don't even like the LEDs on the clearance strips, looks like a whole box of Uncle Bens. (rice)

^^One of the main reasons why I did the retro on my 04 headlights, I love the clearance strip, adding LEDs on 06+ looks too ricey IMO

no eBay crap. 04 headlights retrofitted with 2 lexus RX350 bixenon projectors & G37 shrouds.

 

I'm mixed ... it looks clean but not sure I'd do it for mine.

Would probably just fill the side light in the headlight bezel if I was going to add a driving light.
The Ferrari 458's look incredible, I'd get as close to that as possible.

 

i mean audis are nice, my cousin has a 2012 s5 and that thing is awesome but thats not in my budget range
