I just got my G35 about 3 weeks ago. I did tons of research as to which car to replace my old 1991 Infiniti.

Rear wheel drive, at least decent gas mileage, 2 door, sexy, has enough power to go over the grapevine without a problem.

I put all those together and came up with the G35 coupe.

I see someone hacked the Wikipedia entry for the definition of the word "decent" again...

For a rear wheel drive, 6 cylinder, japanese car with a good price, Infiniti can't be beat on MPG. I'd hope people don't get G35s expecting 30mpg.

I bought mine from some very good friends of mine. They were selling their 05 6spd sedan and my other daily kept breaking down. They loaned me the car to drive a few times and I absolutely fell in love with the car. I needed something with 4 doors to haul the kids and be dependable, plus with the aftermarket stuff on this one, it is an absolute blast to drive.

Got mine cuz I just fell in love with it when it came out in 03. Told my dad I was going to get one and he told me to start saving my pennies. For the time had the most power V6. The big 3 have just now started touching the power out of their V6s 9 years later. Great modability, one of the best exhaust notes of any, anywhere. Still makes me smile every time I start it up

because my list was down to 2008 A4 quattro, 2007 BMW 335xi, and 2008 G35x. The cost of the extended warranty was less then half for the G then the BMW. And the perfect G got traded(i work for a stealership) before the right A4(so i never checked the warranty on that)

Because they're baller as F***. No but in all honesty I've liked them since they launched in 2003 when my friends dad brought one home on a test drive when considering one. They kind of dropped off my radar til 2011 when I saw an OB coupe, 05, spoiler with 19 inch rays pass me on the road and I turned my head and watched it til it was out of sight. I was in love. So I scoured online sights til I found that same car.
