Long story short, i am the one who was buying his engine and turbo build from him. I sent him 7k and he was talking to me daily while the payment went through. As of 4 days ago, he has fallen off the earth. I am unable to contact him in any way, and am out my loney and have no parts to show for it. Is there anyone who can help me find him or reach him? I would greatly appreciate any assistance anybody can lend me. His name is Fukamoto Hirofumi and he lives in Anaheim Hills, CA. He goes by whiteg35c on the board. Please help me.

 

How did you pay him the money? If it was paypal there should be an option to file a complaint and get a refund

And a quick google search of "whiteg35c g35driver" revealed many complaint threads on both this site, and my350z.

Damn!! I could never send someone that much money.. Id rather rent a truck and drive to get it in person..

 

Im in nebraska and didnt have the driving option. I had him scan and email me his drivers license before sending the money to make sure it was who he said he was. I cross referenced the license address with a search online and that checked out fine. All of the photos of the parts matched up to those used on the magazine shoot for turbo magazine, so thought i was good. I used amazon payments and have filed a case but they are giving me a hard time.

 

Wow...hopefully this is just a misunderstanding and will be resolved. He actually goes by Tom Fukamoto...business owner...I don't know him but a quick search of that name turns up some information.

 

This is so f*^ked up.... Hopefully amazon will give you a refund, if not please let us know so we don't ever use them!

But seriously, thats a lot of $, isnt this a federal case because it deals with interstate commerce?

I have his full address, and it matches up with a Jennifer, Kanji, and Fumi Fukamoto that live at the same address. Amazon isnt very nice to deal with, so I have turned to the internet gods. I am desperate for any help i can get, anybody know him or want to drop by his place for me?

I live next to Anaheim Hills, but I don't think I'd show up at the door of a bunch of peeps who just jacked you out of that much money.
