I got offered a trade for 350Z need opinion - plus authentic Volks or not?

Anyways ive put up my car for sale and recently i received an offer to trade for a 2003 350z Track Edition 6MT Clean title 3 owners 94k miles for my 2003 G35 Coupe 5AT Rebuilt Title 3 owners 96k miles.

Now my damage was very small here is a picture

Would you do it or not? He lives in Greenfield, IN and im in Chicago thats about 4 hours away and he would trade if we met halfway. Yes or No? What could make me more money? the G or the Z and would it be hard to sell the Z?

ALSO:

I have no knowledge in wheels whatsoever but i will be trading my car soon for 350Z and he send me pictures of the wheels.

I'd trade, the track pack Z is worth more than the G right off the bat.

And if he's including the wheels (Work KR KAI) then you're getting some gangster wheels out of it too haha.

Yes he is including those wheels too.

Also the space isnt really a problem since i will be putting up the car for sale in a month or so, im just doing this to make money i got the G35 for 8.5k so im hoping i can sell the Z for 10k. I might just part that Z out and sell it in stock form. I just have black vinyl wrap on roof and tinted windows. Im taking the swaybars out and gialla lip lol

I'd do it if my G was wrecked. For one its got cool wheels and its already lowered from the looks of it so you got a good start. And even if you don't want it you can sell it for more than you can sell your G so its a no brainer really. Unless its got some engine problems you don't know about.

Z seems to be a better value, but then you got to wonder why does the owner want's to trade it for a rebuilt title damaged G.
If I were you, I'd run a good history check on that car to make sure that there are no skeletons in the closet.

Here is why they want a G35

The kid is 16 years old he had a jeep so they traded that and added money on top and got a G35 at a dealership (thats why you still see the yellow tag on the keys) They did that so they can get a nicer 4 seater or a G35, because how many people would trade a G35 for a Jeep Wrangler? Oh and he has to drive siblings to school and the Z is a 2 seater.
And yes i did run autocheck report on it.

Ive seen the kid driving around town a few times. It looks like a pretty clean car. I would probably make the trade to if the autocheck came out fine.
