Hey guys, I want to slam my G but I don't want to spend a whole bunch of money. Do you think camber arms REALLY are that necessary even though every single thread says to get them? What if I just cut my springs, would I need camber arms then? What are good brands?

No I would stick with conventional over synthetic.

Haha found it. I'll i have got to do is find a rear end from a MT either a 35, 37
Then rebuild an replace the final drive gears with a 3.9. Easy!

That 3.9 is expensive as fug tho isn't it? If you aren't worried about gas, go with the 4.08 gears. That'll put a skids in yer shorts for a lot less dough.

You buy me a TT kit an I'll run the 408s. 460 bucks for the FD then 3ish for the bearing kit. **** might just be easier to find a wrecked g37 or 370z.

Yeah, but the 3.9 is closer to $1500

CZP. Guess I was looking at the kit that was $1512. The gears alone are still $700+ tho.

The tomei brand... It's a lil cheap through z1 but I'm looking at Nissan 3.9FD
