Before I took the car in, itw as perfect. I had equal turns on each side and the car was aligned by belle tire right after the rack was installed. I had been driving it for 6 thousand plus miles since the install. I know the rack was installed center because I watched the tech measure it out prior to putting it in. I was there for a lot of the work that was done to my car with the original replacement.

 

I agree w/ the guy in post #8. You have to call headquarters. What dealership is this? State and city?

 

I opened a case with infiniti corporate on Friday, so hopefully they come through!

The dealer ship is suburban infiniti of novi Michigan

 

I hope you let us know the out come of this. During the summer time i called corporate about park place infiniti in vegas. They turn down my car b/c it was highly modified and said my warranty was voided. I didn't care about the warranty, i will pay what ever it takes to get my car back on the road and driving again. corporate gave me a $300 gift card to the dealerships. Wish i could have got a little more out of it since i was stress the whole weekend and i lost 8lb. Well, that part might have been a good thing anyways.
