Hello everyone,

I just purchased a 2012 G37xS what was listed on the Infiniti dealership website as a Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned. All listings on their website indicated that it was Infiniti CPO, but now I found it that it is not.

I still carries to regular full warranty but not Infiniti CPO.

What should I do about this?

How did you find out it was not certified pre-owned? Just curious.

Also, CPO seems to me to just be marketing and shouldn't take the place of your own inspection and maintenance when you buy it.

 

Called Infiniti headquarters and asked .

I did my own inspection and was satisfied with the car but I don't get the 6 year/100,000 mile limited warranty which I was looking for.

 

If the papers you singed list the car as CPO, then you need to take it back to the dealership and have them honor it. If not, nothing you can do.
