Do you need a revup engine do add Motordyne Plenum Spacer 5/16 with MREV2?

Im looking into buying the 5/16 Motordyne Spacer with the MREV2 because I heard it was a hell of a good combo. I have a 2003 6MT and I've heard that's not the revup engine. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks!

You CAN put both on a non rev-up but you'll only net a negligible few extra ponies. Everyones recommendation is don't do it. Just get the spacer only.

mrev2 is just the older plenum that is already on your car that is lightly modified by shaving down and rounding certain tops. what makes the increase in low end torque is the longer runners which you already have. no benefits to be had
