G35Driver Christmas Cheer
Hey guys,
So obviously its Christmas time and for many, that means a special time of year. I thought about this for a little while and think that this can be a very cool thing for us to do-regardless of the outcome. Someone will be touched.
While reading the news today, I stumbled upon an article of a 5 yr old girl who in one of the most heartbreaking tragedies, suffered severe burns over much of her body. Honestly, guys thats an understatement. This poor girl was really hurt.
The burns were a result of arson that claimed the lives of her father and siblings. She survived due to her father shielding her the best he could ultimately saving her life.
Here's my plan:
We as a forum, by each of us, sending a simple letter wishing her the most merry Christmas, can hopefully make this a special season for her. Already, many people are on board with this, yet I thought it would be fantastic of us a group to send her individual cards, perhaps even ones that state "G35Driver", to let her know that an entire forum and family stands behind her. She will most likely be receiving many, many cards but this could be a cool way to stand apart and again, show her that a great group of guys and girls are wishing nothing but the best for her.
