I DD my G everyday and have just over 80k to my G. You have to do it the right way. If you buy cheap things for our cars the car is not going to take care of you. Had mine for over 3 years maybe 4 now and i had zero problems with the kit and the car. I paid a nice price maybe over priced but everything is perfect for me.
20k??? Not in 2016, im too young for that I'm in college, already know what I want. This cyber Monday I'll be buying a shortblock and a used twin turbo kit, total cost around 5700. Install with dyno is 2000 from my mechanic. Cyber Monday will probably get me a fuel pump, boost controller, and 1000cc injectors for like 1000 maybe. So like 8800. With 1300 max for emergencys. Total 10k.
