PSA: How not to ship a rear window/roof spoiler

Just wanted to send out a reminder that when someone pays retail for a used item, you should probably still take extra care and common sense when shipping said item. I bought a rear window spoiler from someone here and they folded in half and stuck it in the box. As you can see from the picture, it creased the paint and I had to wet sand the entire thing so I can wrap or paint it again. Had I known this, I would have never bought it and ordered it from eBay from a Chinese seller and waited the extra time. I procrastinated posting this because I didn't have time to really look at it and wet sand it until today but now I am pretty disappointed.

How it was received

After sanding. Still some ridges but hopefully I can fill those with primer and knock it all down evenly.

What a 8itch
It's plastic right?
Sand it down with 150 until you can feel them and then 320 grit and some primer

Yup, that is the plan. I sanded with 400 then 800. Going to spray it when it warms up.

Go rougher than 400 and you prime at 500 grit 800 is to fine and won't stick as good

I got it from a private seller here. Didn't want to wait to get it from China.
