My G35 had every light lit on my dash . I scanned it and I had cam shaft sensor and knock sensor . The car would die on me in the Hwy multiple times . I swapped out both cam shaft sensors and there has been improvement however the engine still cuts out intermittently . Guys I really need your help as the only light on my dash is check engine and it's the knock sensor .

Then the knock sensor probably needs to be replaced. It's sort of a pita to get to, remove the spark plugs/coils, remove the upper intake, remove the fuel rail and injectors, remove the lower intake, viola! knock sensor is now accessible since it's bolted to the top of the engine block. Fortunately some of the gaskets are reusable metal-type.

What code exactly is the engine sending and DO YOU HEAR ANY PINGING ??

The crankshaft position sensor is also a highly likely suspect.

Basically that code means the engine no longer sees the signal from the knock sensor, possible damaged wire, the switch is fried and stuck in an electrically open position, or the ECU fried and no longer registers. I would pull everything apart and replace the sensor with an oem one since they're pretty inexpensive.

If there was obvious signs of damage during takedown of the intake the focus on that instead.
